The Rudolph Grotto was built in the 1920's by Father Philip Wagner. The grotto is open from May until October, and an annual picnic is held every year on the first Sunday of August. Operated by St. Phillip's Catholic Church, the grotto is visited by thousands of penitents and tourists each year.
